Why have an Inventory

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) 2007 means that all landlords need to carry out independent property inventories in order to then retrieve all monies involved between landlord and tenant at the end of the tenancy. Recent studies show landlords across the UK lost over 39 million in disputed deposit cases with their tenants as many lacked evidence to pursue the claims in order to win.

  • Commercial properties or a portfolio of multiple properties - a quote can be produced.

  • Appointment direct with the tenants can be arranged if needed.

  • Weekend or Bank holiday availability (premium charge will apply).

  • An inconvenience fee of £20 may be payable should the job cannot be completed for any reasons out of the clerk's control when arriving at the property.

Additional rooms such as conservatories, en-suites, shower rooms, garages, lofts, basements and any out buildings may be subject to extra charge at £10 each.
